Global Medical Transport transports laboratory reagents, diagnostic kits and biological samples in Belgium and Europe. Before collection, we agree with you on the route, schedule, packaging and required storage conditions.
Temperature conditions suited to your shipment
According to the manufacturer’s instructions or your laboratory protocol, we offer solutions at room temperature (RT), refrigerated from +2 to +8 °C, frozen at −20 °C, under dry ice for very low temperature requirements, and cryogenic in a dry shipper down to −196 °C. The selected system and target temperature are confirmed for each assignment, according to the product and journey duration.
Insulated containers and temperature monitoring
We offer suitable insulated containers, temperature recording during transport and a temperature report for the customer. Monitoring arrangements are agreed before departure. Proof of delivery documents the handover at the destination.
One-off deliveries and regular routes
We organise deliveries of reagents and diagnostic kits, as well as regular collections and transfers between laboratories. Frequency, schedules and handover arrangements are defined according to your operations and product requirements.
From your request to delivery
1. Tell us the route, shipment type, volume, date and required temperature.
2. We agree on packaging, schedules and monitoring arrangements.
3. We organise collection and transport.
4. Handover is documented with proof of delivery and the temperature report according to the agreed arrangements.
Prepare your shipment
Provide the collection and delivery addresses, preferred date and times, shipment type and volume, packaging, required temperature and storage instructions. For regular transport, also specify the desired frequency.
